How Can I Place an Order?

Ordering is simple and easy. You can order 24/7 on our website at www.WSports.com or by calling us at , Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST.

If you wish to place an order through our WSports website, you can browse for products via our navigation bar located on the left side of the page and/or across the top of the page. Alternatively, you can enter search terms in the product search bar located on the top navigation bar, which is also included on all of our web pages.

Once you have found a specific product that you would like to order, simply enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. If you have not created an account or logged in to the system, you will be prompted to do so. This will help us in determining whether you are a new or existing customer.

You will then be taken to a shopping cart screen where you can make changes to your order and/or enter any discount coupon codes. You can also decide to continue shopping or click on "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.

During the Checkout process, you will simply need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process) and confirm your order. Once this is complete and submitted, your order is complete.

We will automatically send you an email to confirm the receipt of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email that includes your shipping information and any applicable tracking numbers provided by the shipping carrier. This will allow you to track your order as it is on the way to you.

Product Availability

We try to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock so we can ship them the same or next business day. In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know when it will be available to ship on the product page.

Substitutions

We strive to continually improve our products to give you the best value possible. On occasion, we may ship you a product that differs slightly from the one pictured and described on our site. However, we will always substitute with a product of equal or better quality and value. If your requirements prohibit substitution, please let us know when you place the order.

Fast Service

We process orders the same day they are received and generally ship on the same or next business day. We currently do not offer express delivery. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to complete all necessary information on the Order Form.

Easy Payment Terms

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google checkout. Please note that any purchases from WSports.com will billed on your credit card statement under our parent company name OJCOMMERCE and will appear on your statement listed as PAYPAL *OJCOMMERCE.

Pricing and Specification

Although we work hard to validate all pricing listed on our website, technical issues or errors may occur that cause the incorrect pricing to be listed. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

Contract to Purchase

When you click the "Process My Order" button, we'll present you with a confirmation screen and, if applicable, a confirmation email. Your contract to purchase will not be completed until your items are shipped.
