WSports.com Return Policy
Bought the wrong item or what you bought wasn’t the right fit for you? With our “No Problem!” return policy, we make returns easy. All you will need to do is contact us for a return authorization number.
- Simply call our Customer Care Team at 888-724-3561 for a WSports.com return authorization number.
- In order to track your return, we require that all returns be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable).
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly.
- Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product.
- The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time BEFORE we process the order to our warehouse. However, we do process orders very quickly and after it is processed unfortunately there is no way to cancel it. Once you place an order, you can log into your account, click on "Order Details" and check the status of your order.
In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must contact our customer service team via phone at 888-724-3561 in order to determine if your order has entered the shipping process yet.
